Samuel Goldwyn Simangunsong, S.H. (Partner)

Samuel graduated from Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada majoring Business Law during his time at Law Faculty in 2010 until 2014.

Samuel has extensive experience in representing the interest of local and foreign clients in various areas of laws. His main areas of practice are litigation, intellectual property rights, corporate & commercial, manpower, dispute resolution and merger & acquisitions.

Samuel began practicing as a lawyer in 2014 and qualified as advocate in 2017. He was admitted as Intellectual Property Consultant since 2020 after passing series of test held by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and human Rights of Indonesia in Jakarta. Samuel is an active member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Samuel is a native speaker of Indonesian and speaks fluent English.

Endra Jati Pralambang, S.H., LL.M. (Partner)

Endra obtained his law degree (LL.B) from Gadjah Mada University in 2013. On the same year, he started his career by joining a boutique firm with the specialization of corporate and commercial; dispute resolution and litigation.

In 2015, he decided to continue his study and obtained his LL.M in European Law from University of Hamburg, Germany. During his master study, Endra interned at a first tier ranked international law firm on maritime and shipping in Germany according to the Legal 500 Rankings, Fleet Hamburg LLP. Seeing Indonesia has a very good legal market, Endra resumed his practice in Indonesia after obtaining his master degree.

As a practitioner, his areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial, Dispute resolution in and out of court, Bankruptcy, and other areas involving Media, IT & Telecommunication. Assisting diverse clients in several police investigation was also his part of area. He has assisted diverse clients, from local companies to international corporations. He once represented a governmental institution in an arbitration case against one of the biggest contractors in Indonesia, and has assisted in the process of defending one of the largest telecommunication company in Indonesia from bankruptcy as well as experienced in defending one of the state-owned enterprises in international arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland.

Endra has also led the IKEA Indonesia legal team as an in-house Legal Manager for almost half decade and he is an active licensed legal practitioner from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

He speaks Indonesian and English and has basic knowledge of German (Deutsch).
